Talent Acquisition Lead (Financial Services - standalone) - £35,000 - £45,000pa + Bonus - City

My client, an exciting, fast-paced, sales driven SME (c130 people) Financial Services business is looking to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead / Recruitment Advisor to join their small and ambitious People Team.
 
This will be a full autonomous 360 degree recruitment role reporting into the Head of HR, in a fast-paced, revenue generation environment, where finding the right talent, quickly is paramount.
 
You will be:
  • Working with internal hiring managers (who are busy revenue generators also), quickly understanding requirements, running perm and contract recruitment (mainly sales and tech) across all divisions and levels of seniority
  • Developing good relationships with hiring managers across the business, being a true partner - being that true support services with a mix of speed and efficiency
  • Driving and managing direct hiring processes - referrals, social media, advertising, networking, market mapping, as well as managing recruitment agency relationships, managing the PSL and ensuring the best service is being offered
  • Briefing agencies, putting out job adverts directly, reviewing applicants, phone-screening candidates, short-listing candidates, face to face interviewing -providing feedback etc. You will be undertaking the full recruitment coordination - arranging interviews, diary management, updating the ATS etc
  • Ensuring all candidates receive a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Working towards agreed recruitment KPIs and monthly reporting and being able to confidently report on ROI and results - time to hire etc. Pro-actively looking at what is working and what isn't.
Candidates will have experience of recruiting within the sales specialism, and have some experience of recruiting tech/ IT roles. This will also include recruiting across normal back and front office functions.
 
Although the priority will be to fill roles, quickly, this is a good development opportunity, where you will be able to work with the HRBP around employer branding, the employee value proposition, and over time you will be responsible for reducing the reliance on recruitment agencies.
You will also be responsible for jointly rolling out the new HRIS/ATS system. So some experience of managing that process would be beneficial.
 
Successful Talent Acquisition Lead / Recruitment candidates will have:
  • Proven background recruiting within sales and IT (ideally some in an in-house role)
  • Some experience recruiting in an Financial Services Environment
  • Experience in a fast-paced, revenue generating environment where time to hire is key
  • Able to build quick credibility with hiring managers (who are also revenue generator
  • A positive and proactive approach
  • Able to analyse metrics - time to hire, etc, and used to working to targets
  • Highly developed organisation and multi-tasking skills
  • A tenacious appetite to hunt down and nurture great talent.
