I work only with generalist HR candidates in the 45k + salary range, (HR Advisor and above) and work mostly within the high-growth start-ups, SMEs and agency type environment.

I pride myself on my honesty and my ability to find the role and culture that works for you. I worked as a senior HR professional for 15 years, so I can fully understand your individual HR career goals and match you with the right opportunities I am working on.


This is my business. I don't believe in collecting candidates into a bottomless recruitment database.  I only work with HR people whose experience aligns to the types of clients I have, I'm not subject to the normal 'recruiter KPIs'.  I work on a select number of amazing HR roles at any one time. If I don't have anything for you right now, I will do my best to contact you in the future if I take on a role that could suit you. 


I'm flexible with my approach


I don't just work work 9-5, and will be flexible where I can be (but frazzled isn't a good look for me). This is a big part of how I work. I'm here to support active candidates at every stage of the process.


I know HR and my clients


Most of the roles I work on come from existing relationships built up from 15 years in HR and 7 years (and going strong) running my HR events group 'Corporate & Cocktails'. I often have existing relationships with the hiring managers I support, so I am able to 'tell you about the role' - not 'sell you the role' like other recruiters.
