I am very proud to announce that I will be changing my business name from Clearcut Recruitment to Selway Search HR.
My business has undergone a number of changes in the past couple of years.
Having worked with Clearcut Recruitment in 2016, I bought the company in 2017 and continued to work on both HR and Office Support roles. Moving forward, I will be specialising in HR roles, although I will also recruit within the Office Manager space (because I love recruiting these roles).
The new name reflects this directional change as well as  how I work with you, as a client, and with candidates: A personal, honest and consultative service, based on my HR knowledge and love for searching, connecting and staying in touch with amazing HR talent at all levels.
What does the change mean to you?
You will still continue to receive the same level of personal service from me. The key focus on HR will allow me to further immerse myself within the HR community, to focus my energy on growing my HR network and to make even more connections with HR talent.
The new colour palette? Nothing clever, I just like the colours :)
It also reflects that I work on my own and can be flexible with my time in speaking with you. I’m not a big agency and don’t work on volume roles, nor to set targets.
As you already know, when I get an HR  role, I fully understand the scope allowing me to give you more information on the opportunities I have. I’m not targeted, so don’t need to take a sales-based approach.
My new website (this website) will have increased candidate functionality in the form of a candidate login, allowing you to manage your own data and to change and update your preferences.  You will of course still be free to just give me a call for a catch up - I don’t want just an online relationship with you!
My new email address will be: andy@selwaysearchhr.co.uk , but for a short while I will still be getting emails from andy@clearcutrecruitment.co.uk as they will be forwarded automatically.
It’s an exciting time for me, which has meant balancing ‘business as usual’ with these improvement projects over the last year.
I look forward to working with you in 2019!
