I work with mid-to-senior level generalist HR candidates and organisations across London and Oxfordshire who are looking for a different approach to HR recruitment. Those who value my HR expertise (and experience), good practice and who want to work with an authentic HR talent partner with a focus on people and success.

 

I recruit across all levels of Generalist mid-to-senior (45K +) HR roles (Permanent & Fixed Term, Full-Time & Part-Time) and all sectors, particularly within high-growth start-ups, SMEs and agency type environments.  I also recruit Office /HR Managers for start-ups and SMEs, as often this is their first touch point into having an HR resource.  I can also provide start-ups with on-site HR Consultants on a part-time consultancy basis. 

 

Having worked as senior HR professional and managing HR professionals (and Office Managers), I am well placed to offer you more than just a traditional search and find service. I will help steer and guide you into ensuring I find you the perfect person, both in terms of the skillset and experience, but also your values and culture - which is so important in an SME and high-growth people focused environment.
